Last week the first of the 2012 Team Trek Madone bikes started rolling off the production line in Waterloo Wisconsin making a quick stop over at On the Rivet in Philip for some precision building and tuning and arriving with their new (excited) owners.
For 2012 the team is riding Trek Madone 6.9 SSL framesets and with assistance of Project One personalised build kits that meet each riders individual needs.
First to arrive was Ben’s beautiful looking steed, the 6 series frameset is perfectly matched with Shimano Dura-Ace components, and Bontrager XXX Stem and other components. Detailed reviews of the bikes will be coming soon, once the team has had a chance to rack up some early season kilometers on their new steeds.
