Last weekend was the Junior National Championship in Queensland, with the Time Trial, Criterium and Road Race contested.
Tiffen Cycling were well represented, with Archer Peppinick, Lincoln Johns, Hugo Williams, Annika Astridge and Marlena Wilton (U15), and Evelyn Power, Sienna Higgins, Asher Olsen and Michael Straffon (U17) all competing.
Standout result was Lincoln, winning the Time Trial along with Archer in 5th, whilst both Lincoln and Archer made the winning break in the Road Race, finishing 4th and 5th and Hugo in the second bunch behind.
Annika and Marlena had strong results in the Criterium and Road Race, both finishing in the winning bunch, unluckily for Evelyn and Sienna, a crash in their Road Race left them with a gap too big to close, whilst Michael and Asher encountered a hard U17 Road Race, Michael finishing in the large bunch with the winner.
